Shawna Zegarra
Founder
You know that person that everyone goes to for weird admin or tech questions? That’s me. The trickier or more confusing the issue, the better. I’m a creative problem solver who loves a challenge.
I have always been passionate about helping others but often didn’t know how to make a difference. Having worked in a number of fast-paced industries throughout my career—from TV broadcasting, to film and visual FX, media companies, tech startups, and more—I often excelled in coordination, organization, and administration, though I didn’t necessarily understand this work as a form of service.
I realize now that my own “zone of genius” is helping those who help others. When it comes to making things easier, faster, more profitable—and maybe even more fun!—I’m your gal. I truly admire people like you doing good things in the world and want to help you do more without sacrificing your health and wellbeing.

Kallie Mosier
Operations Manager
I am so excited to be working with Zeda Virtual Assistants! Thinking about it as I write this, I have had many jobs in my life! Some titles I have held are veterinary assistant, sales associate, medical secretary, office assistant, ward clerk, receptionist, cleaner… I’m sure there is more. I get bored doing the same things day in and day out and that is why this work fits well for me. I LOVE getting handed new assignments and tasks week to week. Even more than that, I LOVE working with small businesses and entrepreneurs to make their lives easier.
One of my favorite things to do is untangle necklaces and bracelets - I find it super satisfying. I also enjoy getting lost in the rabbit hole that comes with doing research. When I was younger, I wanted to be a lawyer - I guess I know why! Leave your searches with me - you’ll be happy you did!
